Property Rental - 24th May - £480 per week
31st May - 21st June – £420 per week
28th June - 12July - £480 per week
19th July - 16th August - £555 per week
23rd August - £480 per week
Linen is not normally provided. but can be arranged by prior agreement at a cost of £5 per head
Refundable Security Deposit
Cleaning is not included and clients are asked to leave the property clean and tidy. A deposit of £50 will be paid on arrival at the property to cover any extra cleaning that might be necessary, breakages or excessive use of electricity or water.
To make a reservation please complete the attached pro-forma and return it to the address quoted together with a deposit of one third of the total rental cost.
The balance of payments due must arrive at least eight weeks before the beginning of your stay. Full directions for finding the property etc will then be sent to you.

NB change-over day is Saturday and you should aim to arrive between 3 and 5pm and leave by 10am. It may be possible for us to vary these times given sufficient advanced warning.
